For the two or three people in America still unclear on the REAL plan for Joe Biden’s border policy… his latest play at the Supreme Court should remove any remaining doubt.
The same people who fought HARD in court to force Arizona to take down their shipping container border barriers, and demanded Texas take down the floating border barrier on the Rio Grande are on their way to SCOTUS.
There’s another important case they insist on spending federal resources on. They don’t like the concertina wire Texas uses as a deterrent to minimize the impact of the unending flow of humanity flooding illegally into America.
President Joe Biden’s administration on Tuesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene after a federal appeals court temporarily blocked it from destroying razor wire fencing Texas placed along its border with Mexico to deter illegal border crossings.
The administration asked the justices to halt a December ruling by the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that prohibited Border Patrol agents from cutting or moving the disputed fencing while litigation plays out.
The 5th Circuit on Dec. 19 found that a federal judge had been wrong to rule that the U.S. government was immune from a lawsuit brought by Texas that claimed a federal policy of removing the fencing was illegal.
The Biden administration told the justices that accepting the 5th Circuit’s rationale “would leave the United States at the mercy of States that could seek to force the federal government to conform the implementation of federal immigration law to varying state-law regimes.” — Reuters
The Biden admin’s claim is that the concertina wire is ‘not a deterrent’.
Yeah, it’s shocking how little it can deter people when it has been snipped and held open by Border Patrol— or raised off the ground with a forklift. Or whatever OTHER tools are being employed by Biden people to defeat the concertina wire.
What we DON’T have an answer for is why Biden wasted government resources on expeling the Romeike family AFTER a court had held a hearing and granted asylum because Germany was using a Third-Reich Hitler Youth program law to compel the family to attend a school that would deliberately teach secular dogma in a state-sanctioned attempt to undermine the Christian faith the family was raising their kids to share. Home schooling was outlawed. They sought sanctuary in America… and now that the Obama/Biden team is back in the White Houe, they finished what they started in the Obama years, by sending them packing in a story yours truly has been following since Feb 2013.
