Don’t let Dems confuse the issue by making this about Hunter — this hearing is about allegations of Joe Biden’s OWN criminal conduct.
We keep hearing Dems invoke the ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ aspect of the impeachment clause — as if they expect none of us will realize ‘treason’ and more importantly ‘ bribery’ are not specifically mentioned by name before that.
Just ask Senator Menendez whether you can duck bribery allegations if a family member, rather than the politician himself is the benefactor of corrupt dealings?
Tony Bobulinski, Biden’s former associate, came forward as a witness making direct allegations not only of criminal misconduct by Joe Biden and his relatives, but also of the Democrats’ malfeasance in smearing the name of a man who has demonstrated his worth through a lifetime of achievements — including successfully acquiring high-level security clearances — and backing up his claims against the Biden family with a variety of detailed records and other supplemental evidence, besides his own eyewitness testimony.

Despite an avalanche of supporting evidence, Biden is getting a coordinated ‘benefit of the doubt’ that has never been afforded to individuals targeted by the DNC smear machine. Those targets ranged from Justices Thomas and Kavanaugh, to pro-life protesters and concerned parents at school board meetings, to anyone with even the most tangential connection to President Donald J. Trump.
Yesterday, for the first time since his testimony was actively suppressed days before the 2020 election Tony B has had his opportunity to not only clear his personal name, but speak publicly under penalty of perjury. His testimony begins around the 27 min mark.
He is all but daring the Dems to charge him with perjury as he calls them all out by name — not just the Biden family and their crooked dealings, but elected Democrats and their corrupt smear tactics.

Here is a taste of his opening statement where Tony leads off with a direct snipe at no-show drama queen Hunter Biden who whined he wanted a chance to speak to Congress publicly, making a show of his contempt for Congress not once but twice, and yet blew off a chance to defend his (alleged) honor under oath beside these other witnesses.
After the dig at Hunter’s absence, the CSPAN speech-to-text records his firey opening this way:

This hearing is thick with examples of the witnesses giving direct evidence of the Biden family selling influence, of Bobulinski being asked what crime Joe Biden committed, complete with specific answers given in reply, of damning evidence and spectacular self-owns. Witnesses are interrupting Democrats and calling them liars — while under oath!
It includes evidence chains like this one connecting Joe to the money.
That one was especially damning for two reasons — they were being careful to avoid mentioning Joe Biden by name (despite enormous supporting evidence that he was exactly who they were describing) and an ‘ask’ that Joe Biden be added to a board.
The first reason is bad because they were trying to conceal behavior — consistent with awareness of potential culpability, and the second reason shows direct personal gain.
So what will the news report on?
We already know. Biden’s defenders in the press will turn their cameras on the publicity stunt orchestrated by the very same Democrats blasted as liars and smear merchants by the witness. They came in wearing Putin masks. That’s FAR more relevant than evidence that a sitting President was involved in an eight-figure foreign pay-to-play scheme.
